I'm Barbara - a food and health enthusiast. I love cooking, mainly in the weekend, when I have more time. During the week my meals need to be quick and easy. Other than cooking, I love eating even more!
I would like to share with you my joy for cooking delicious, as-natural-as-possible meals that you can actually prepare yourself in a short amount of time. At the same time, these meals are healthy and tasty! I use herbs and spices a lot but don't be scared by the word 'spices', i.e. these meals are not 'spicy' as in 'hot'.
